As spring fades into early summer and everything flourishes, MUTAI Electric Group hosted its second employee birthday celebration of the year—a unique event blending joy, gratitude, and health.
Unlike previous years, this celebration was more than a festive gathering. It was a thoughtful journey of care, reflecting our people-oriented philosophy in a tangible way. MUTAI invited a team of professional volunteers to deliver a special gift to our employees: the “Health Care Program”, designed to enhance well-being and raise awareness of personal health.
Oral Health Check-up
Dental experts were on site to provide comprehensive oral health checks for the birthday stars. From cleanliness and gum condition to cavity prevention and daily care tips, every employee received personalized advice. Many expressed that due to busy work schedules, they rarely get the chance for professional dental checks—this session offered both awareness and actionable guidance.
Eye Care & Relaxation
Facing screens for extended hours has become a norm, causing eye strain among many employees. Professional therapists offered eye massages using nourishing eye solutions, relieving dryness and fatigue. As employees relaxed with their eyes closed, it felt like a spa for the soul. When they opened their eyes again, the world seemed brighter and clearer.
Neck, Shoulder, and Waist Massage
Long hours at the desk can lead to stiffness and discomfort. Volunteers provided deep massage therapy to the neck, shoulders, and lower back, using professional tools and techniques. The relief was immediate—employees described the experience as “deeply relaxing” and “like shedding a heavy load.”
TCM Acupoint Massage
Traditional acupoint massage was also available, stimulating key pressure points to promote blood circulation and boost immunity. This experience offered a glimpse into the power of traditional medicine and left employees feeling renewed from within.
Birthday Traditions and Gratitude
Of course, no birthday celebration is complete without cake, candles, laughter, and good wishes. The company prepared birthday red envelopes and sweet treats for the birthday employees. As everyone gathered to share food and smiles, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and unity—a genuine moment of appreciation for each person’s contribution to MUTAI.
